COMPLETELY FREE   SUITABLE FOR ADULTS NO EXPEREINCE NEEDED HANDS ON INTERACTIVE BUILDS CONFIDENCE NOT JUST KNOWLEDGE TRAINING LASTS 60-90 MINUTES.

We currently have evening and weekend availability, making it easier for community groups and volunteers to attend.

Every minute counts during a cardiac arrest, and by learning these simple lifesaving skills, your members could one day save the life of a friend, family member, colleague or even a stranger.
